[问题] 请问渥太华的工作介绍所有会说中文的吗

如题。在Toronto有很多地方帮人介绍工作，而且工作人员都会说中文。请问在渥太话也有类似的机构嘛？

Ottawa对移民的服务没有Toronto好.

I have had an interview with Kelly Services, but never heard from them since.
I also registered with many agencies, but no good news.
Any successful experience, please share with me,
I am desperately looking for a full time job.
