请教前辈关于RAV 4和GM的问题

you don't have to do the service at the dealer where you purchased your car. any authorized dealer should do the repair/maintenance for your car when it's under warranty period. you bring business to them, and they charge to the car manufacture for the repairs under warranty. i don't think you need to be worried about this. and there are 3/4 more toyota dealers in the city, you can always shop around if you think you are over charged.

i have a rav4 v6, limited, 09. :blowzy: the smart key system is really a convenient feature, especially for ladies who carries the key in purse or handbags, never needs to get the key out of the bag.

i found the rav4's rear seats isn't very comfortable for adults, the trunk plus rear seats(down) is still a little too short (even it'smuch longer than tiguan, which the suv is less than corolla in length:). and when you accelerate from low speed, sometime it may dash. but on highway, if you want to speed up from 100km to 130 or more to over take some other car, you will feel the difference.

I'll probably get an I4 instead coz a V6 is probably a bit too powerfuly for a car of this size. Anyways, I really appreciate your thoughts.

V6 is too powerful for SUV? :D

Remember to test drive both V4 and V6 (particularly on highway), then get some feelings ;)

A more powerful engine can never be drawback, if we don't take individual drivers' needs into account.

It's just that I've realized for 98% of the time, I was NOT on a highway, not even on Hwy 417 :D

Fair enough!

Just that I often see the cases people tend to regret their V4 decision once thet have driven their new car for a little while, but at that point they can not do much about it :)

Cheers...

the v6 269hp is probably a overkill for rav4.
