Mattamy的房子真是服了,啥都没有

其实就看舍不舍得花了,30万我想了想,还是一点问题没有的,gourmet kitchen, hardwood first and second floor, hardwood stair, 3 fireplaces at loft, living room and family room.:D:D
很多builder还允许扩建一部分东西。

我的前任manager刚买了个glebe那边的房子,估计也要花几十万装修,房子要做extension,roof, plumbing, wiring, window都要重新作

那是他不在呼地税

想花是没问题,但是我没见过人真的这样整的
有这么多钱为啥不买个再大一些贵一点的,比如买个70万的,花十几万升级

你说的这些除了EXTENSION,其他的都很便宜。。。
 
想花是没问题,但是我没见过人真的这样整的
有这么多钱为啥不买个再大一些贵一点的,比如买个70万的,花十几万升级

家里就两口子人住那么大干吗。

不是所有人都喜欢大房子的

2000 to 3000 feet house should be more than enough for 90% families. It does not mean the larger the better. More important is you like it, you have what you need and you are in a good neighbourhood (safe and convenient).

我说的意思就是说在好一点的区多花点钱买好一些的房子,比在中不溜秋的地段买个50万的然后花那么多钱升级更合理

现在才明白为什么“Mattamy's Half Moon Bay ”的房子盖的这样稠密,车道如此之短。原来该区是按照“Ottawa Community Specially Designed around the city's New Intensification Strategy" 规划,建造的第一实验区。:o
