well, a good gas stove costs more than induction. for chinese style cooking, you need flame in the center of the cooking area.

Ok I am seriously consider getting one now.... But I don't like wall-oven... ah there is always trade-offs.

agree I'm loving my Blue Star. The only one on the market that's truly open flame, with start patterned flame aimed upwards instead of outwards.

induction的加热很快，但是对锅就有要求，很多不锈钢锅都不能用。

电磁炉？？？ 如是，可省电20-30%。

深度没啥关系吧，只要width和height足够放就好了
至少我们的那个designer是这么说的，就算改openning，也只是改宽度。。。

就是深度有关系，太深了会突出来就不好看了，而且叮妈记得我家房型吧，前面有个island，太深了门开了就不能走人了。
