是只有红绿灯处才装么？好像有人因为超速而不是闯红灯而被拍下过，那应该不是在红绿灯处吧？

My co-worker has received one recently. It has photos of his car license plate, time and location. He was fined 180 CAD.
Location: Bronson and Carling Intersection.
I don't think it is a good idea to run red light (or yellow light, though the fine is cheaper, 135)

Does running a yellow light actually get fined?

Running Yellow Light - I have two co-workers (Caucasians) who have that experience.
They were both stopped by policeman, fined 135 CAD.
Definition of running yellow light is:
The moment you cross the intersection and the light was yellow and light has changed to RED before your car passed the intersection.
If the traffic light is still yellow, then, it is not. Hence, the ticket is given by policeman.
I have similar experience back in 1993, I was a visitor and used my international driver license to rent a car. When I crossed Finch and Warden (Toronto), it was yellow, but a left turn car did a quick lieft turn and I braked and stopped there, light changed to RED. I heard police cruiser siren. Luckily at that time, I was a tourist and the policeman let me go. The policeman told me I should stop since it was yellow.

There is no way to prove who was driving the car (with photo of car license plate).
If stopped by police, that is another story.
