请问Bridlewood 小区怎么样？

准备买第一个房子，看了几个小区，Bridlewood ，RIVERSIDE SOUTH, KANATA LAKE，发现Bridlewood 的房子比其他地区都要便宜很多，请问是什么原因？

Bridlewood貌似都是高压线吧，好像前些年南边还发过大水，具体情况不详

bredlewood 很好。交通方便，小学校也不错。很安静。估计以后会热起来。

我们在RIVERSIDE SOUTH 看了一个TOWNHOUSE，340K，但是有点近高压线，在BRIDLEWOOD看的小一点的SINGLE，400K左右，从投资的角度看，哪一个更好一点？

从投资角度看，整个Kanata都比不上Barrhaven，Riverside South。
