早上上班路上,AM580在讨论渥太华downtown的地下隧道和轻轨。现在有市议员要求加快工程,以便能在2017年加拿大150年时建成使用。
这个工程已经改了不知道多少次了,到现在也没有确定。先是要挖长约3公里的隧道,结果后来又改成2公里。但却要坚持说:挖3公里和挖2公里的成本是一样多。不知道他们怎么个算法,反正21亿元的预算是不变的,至于少挖不能节省的问题,就搞不清楚是怎么回事了。总共只规划了12公里的轻轨,却搞成这个模样。到现在却突然想起了加拿大150周年国庆,要玩献礼了。
我到CFRA网站上看了看网上民调:
