Bell Canada tricked me $140, really disgusting

I applied Bell's long distance service Last year at the rate $0.17/per minute to China. But you know what happend, when I got my bill statement. I found the rate has been changed to $0.25 per minute to China. I phoned the Bell asked them Why they did not inform their custumer of that the rate has been changed to a new rate. You guess What was their answer. Their answer was:"We have millions customer, so we can not inform each customer off therate change", They said "we put such information on the back of the second page of your bill in small case".

I asked them, why they did not put such importmant infomation on the first page in blad font". Their answer was "Yes, the info was in very samll case, but customers should read through all information on the three-page bill, even though the information was written in very small case".

Now you can know what is BELL Canada's tricks to fool their customer.
I lost $140 just in two months.
So bad, Bell Canada, Bell Canada is the worst telecom Company in Canada. I will never use this company's service.

I was charged over $800 after using calling card in Greece. I was blamed not having Bell called about the rate.

我损失了约６０元安装bell的 sympetico。在Bayshore的业务代理说一个月内试运，没有任何Obligation。安装后发现根本连不上，半个月就退掉了。可一个月后收到一个１６０元的单子。打电话询问。对方说虽然没签约，但他们给我的ＢＥＬＬ的email信箱发email了，只要打开信箱，就是同意签约。又打电话找他们经理，怎么也没人接。坚持打了几天，终于要回１００元。几个月后才收到。另６０元就白丢了。因为没时间，只好做罢。对ＢＥＬＬ的服务要小心。

我们用了另一家长途公司，结果Bell的系统发神经，两家分别收一部分我家的长途话费，结果哪边的plan都算不上。到最后，bell说他们的系统不可能出这种问题，长途公司说不是他们的问题，Bell到现在没给我们一个说法，就是一笔死帐了:flaming:

跟贝尔打交道时需要有don't take no for an answer的决心! 他就是说破了大天，只要问题没解决，坚决不答应！一级一级地escalate。到了VP那级任何问题就基本都能解决了。

Bell Canada's Problem

I called Bell Canada for the same problem as Sunny's. I got the same answer. I transfered my long distance to another company immediately. Then I received a call from Bell. They want me back to Bell Long Distance and give me 17c rate. Ridiculous!
Also we have to be very careful with Bell's any service. A agent tried to persuade me to buy the wire care service. I was wondering if I could cancel it at any time. Her answer was " yes ". But after I received the contract letter from Bell, I know it's 1 year contract. I have to pay money if I break it. After calling them several times, I gave up. I hate Bell.

I have taken my initiative to cancel my long distance phone service through bell phone, and change to use card , it's so cheap. before, I was also cheated by Startec in Vancouver, they increased the rate from .14 to .44 without informing me, who can imagine, $60 overcharged for one month.

Another thing, don't believe some Chinese telemarketers through phone, when they try to sell their service to you, they are so patient and kind, but when you meet some trouble, hengheng~~~, no one knows you, pls believe me, I suffer a lot from it when I just came here.
