Will send you the photos through QQH. I might disgree with you about T&T return/exchange policy as T&T will let you return or exchange in a specfic period without arguing like other Canadian Stores as long as you do have a valid receipt.
I can't accept the truth is that I compared my inner pot with other families who also particpated in this Chinese group purchase, and with the luck enough they don't have the same problem. But the cutomer support of Instant Pot claimed that the 剥落 problem of my inner pot perfectly approves that it is in a brand new condition. What a joke!:flaming:

I mentioned T&T is because I bought a rice cooker from there once before, and I clearly remember the cashier told us their return & exchange policy only valid in 7 days. Otherwise, you have to deal with manufacturer. Therefore, you would have to face the same issue regardless you purchased from T&T or our group.
We would try our best to help you if there is some quality issue. Please send us those photos and your receipt through email, I don't think you can do that with QQh.
