Milwaukee is best, followed by Rigid, DeWalt, Craftsman (they are at the same level). Makita is way down the list, not even being considered "professional" according to couple of my builder friends.
Rigid is OWNED by and sold exclusively by Home Depot. Dewalt is now Black and Decker's premium line and the regular B&D stuff is on sale everywhere for next to nothing (and is as useful as that). Dewalt is not as good as they used to be (4-5 years ago).
For Mitre Saw I would go for DeWalt, but for wireless drills definitly Rigid, Battery on DeWalt usually last for 4-5 years, but you can get new ones from Rigid all the time. Also the Rigid impact drills are more powerful than any others.
