But one thing you have to do is to take pictures of anything you don't think make sense to you. The builder will tell you these are not problems !
i.e. It's raining now, if you see water on the basement floor, insulation, internal fundation wall under the basement window, take a picture.
Any wood posts (wall studs) have big holes in the middle for wires, take a picture.
A hole beside your steel post in the basement, take a picture.
Check all the insulation around pipes connects to outside, they should all be sealed and insulated.
What should be leveled should be leveled ....;
Take your time, and do be rushed by the builder !
Called the guy on the right up corner if he has time to go with you. But trust your own 6 senses.
