现在市议员提议要降低租客的PROPERTY TAX，正在寻求市民支持。

This matter will come before Corporate Services & Economic Development
Committee on May 6 - this is a public meeting where delegations can be
heard
(starts at 1:30 pm in the Champlain Room at City Hall) - please take
advantage of this opportunity.
