当时我估计是密封用，浇铸的地基表面和木头连接，俩的表面都不是平的就是大螺栓扣上也有有缝的，填上免得地下室漏风。

村 长：俺以为都应该这么做的呢。不过你那个貌似装完后周围那个缝用水泥抹了一次。

那海绵膜是作防潮和密封用的。

Lots of builders don't put that foam between foundation and sill plates. I am not sure if that is required by code for the foams in between. But the bolts or other approved fasteners to fasten the wood sill into foundation is required by code

I, personaly, don't think what shows in the pictures (pictures from the other) are correct !
Please read the code, and it states why the sill plat is need, and how to seal the voids under the plate.

9.23.7. Sill Plates

9.23.7.1. Size of Sill Plates

(1) Where sill plates provide bearing for the floor system they shall be not less than 38 mm by 89 mm material.

9.23.7.2. Levelling of Sill Plates

(1) Sill plates shall be,

(a) levelled by setting them on a full bed of mortar, or

(b) laid directly on the foundation where the top of the foundation is level.

(2) The joint between the sill plate for exterior walls and the foundation shall be sealed in accordance with Subsection 9.25.3.

I feel not good if onw side close to and the oather side have gap, how the cover that gap? using siding to cover ?
You should go to city of Ottowa and see who is your house inspector and let him to answer this is correct or not. you should show more your pictures in differt angles they are worth a thousand words explanation. They should "serve of people heart and soul" (全心全意的为人民服务) and answer your question.

先多拍几张照片做证据，是不是应该先和销售联系一下，要不发给tarian 和负责inspection 的问一下，可以QQH告诉是哪个builder吗？不过肯定不是urbandale 和richcraft

那么迷信这两个Builder？ 我现在正为同样的问题郁闷呢。其实Frame出墙外问题不大。我的Frame底座是斜着放在Foundation上的。所以一头超出水泥墙外，一头缩进墙内。房子建好了，Builder却迟迟拿不出修理方案。超级郁闷。

有没有专家给点意见，这Frame+Plywood +Singing 之后外墙还没有遮盖着Foundation，合乎Code吗？看来我也得上张照片才能说明白。

如果是斜的，是不是BUILDER把地基的线放歪了？

不知道为什么。Builder的专家说可能地基斜了。放置Frame的人不管建地基的事，他们只负责Frame成直角。但是关键是咋修呢？Builder说如果修不了，就赔点钱。赔多少算合理？

看来BUILDER的放线员水平不高啊,那边箱MINTO把地基放短了好几尺...是不是他们数学太差,特别是平面几何没学好.
