与渥太华比，Gatineau的房价不算高，但地税、教育税比渥太华这边高出一大截，甚至比同在魁省的蒙特利尔也高出不少。啥原因啊？

在魁省，水费都包括在地税中，但蒙特利尔的地税没Gatineau这么高。而且水费本身其实也不高，一年也就200左右，但Gatineau的地税要高Ottawa不少，远不止200。

I can tell you normally a 3 or 4 people family will pay double or more. And they don't waste water like the people in Gatineau. I am wondering how did you get a number of 200$?

楼上大多数发言都没谈到点子上。先不跟渥太华比。如果说因为魁省的原因，蒙特利尔的地税也没Gatineau这么高。研究比较了一遍房子，只能说Gatineau这个城市本身的地税、教育税系数高。
