花心客在愚人节期间擅自于<中国人在渥太华>中文网站散布关于我自杀身亡的谣言，给我个人及家属造成极其不良的影响和精神创伤。作为一名心理学教授，我知道这种精神创伤是很难彻底痊愈的。
在此，我特别要求花心客澄清谣言并公开道歉。<中国人在渥太华 >作为本地有影响的一家中文网站，对于该失实报道没有及时处理，也同时负有一定责任，在此一并要求道歉。该网站的渐渐、 无湘不成军、人在天涯、可爱兜兜，以及茶馆的windflower、piyopiyo、cobra、不戒等人不明真相跟帖，客观上对该谣言的散布起到了推波助澜的作用，特此提出警告。
本人保留对此事进一步追究赔偿以至法律诉讼的权力。

Psychologist at Carleton University committed suicide
On 31 March 2003, the medical examiner viewed the body of Dr. Chris Andrews and concluded that he died from suicide. Dr. Chris Andrews was a professor in Department of Psychology at Carleton University.
Dr. Chris Andrews's body was found in his home at Kanada. It appeared that he had performed a ritual suicide more like Japaness Hara-kiri, which was an intregal aspect of feudal Japan (1192-1868) and the samurai warrior class.
In Dr. Chris Andrews's house, police found a huge collection of things related to the Academy Awared movie "Silence of Lamb" including many poster of the Jodie Foster who won the 1992 - 64th Academy Awards for best actress. Springing from the mind of a reclusive author who became fascinated with serial murder, the 1989 novel "Silence of Lamb" became a haunting bestseller. Then in 1991 the movie became a box office smash hit and swept the Academy Awards.
Police found a short note in Dr. Chris Andrews's house which dated March 29, two days before his suicide. The note started with "People are rounded up and herded like silent lamb to the slaughter instead of rising up against their executioners....." Police don't know, at this point, the suicide had anything to do with protest against the current war against Iraq.
Dr. Chris Andrews's area of research in psycholoy include stress and pathology, depression, stress and Immune activation, and criminology. "Silence of Lamb"
