Not true. Please tell me how you have fulfilled the promises made in your contracts in this case, by forcing the customer to take a reduced house?

 
Minto: I am watching this case to see how you fulfill your responsibility to your customers. Do not disappoint me with your reputation you claim.

If this message is truly from minto, we'd all like to see how minto is gonna fulfill their promises in the contract. We want the satisfied result not a word to calm us down. If minto thinks it can let people go just by a simple announcement, it's too naive. :)
 
Almost made a purchase from Minto last week, I changed my mind.

It has recently come to our attention that there has been some discussion online about a particular Minto customer file that is causing some concern within the community. To protect the confidentiality and privacy of our customers, Minto will not provide comments regarding the matter, or any other matter between us and our customers.

For over 55 years, Minto has been committed to building quality homes and providing excellence in customer service. For every home we build, we fulfill the promises made in our contracts.

We regret that this situation has caused some concern, however please rest assured that when unusual circumstance arise, Minto remains committed to working towards a solution that will fulfill our responsibility to our customers.

After I read the discussion on this forum, I changed my mind to buy other builder's new home. (3500+ sf single home).

Lip service is always cheap. We just want to see how Minto fulfill its responsibility to the specific customer.
 
This kind of response from Minto is exactly what I would expect. Useless BS!
