现在有多少人买MINTO的房子

Actually this question is hard to answer, why? Because

The ones who already bought the houses from Minto usually will not admit the service and/or the house quality from minto are too bad even though they are, since creating such kind of atmosphere among the community can only devalue their houses.

The ones who did not buy the houses from minto would have no real idea how good the service and the house quality are.
 
我觉得minto至少是最知道该怎么卖房子的builder。price list, site plan包括structual change的价格在release前就知道。release当天也采取抽号的方式选lot。
去过tamarack,monarch之类的,sales一问三不知,让你在门外排3天队,然后release当天给你10分钟决定买不买。

至于售后,房子质量我就不评价了~
 
from my experience,tartan's quality is better than minto,
sales and customer service is same quality,all good.maybe i am lucky to get the right person.
 
我现在的房子和马上要搬的房子都是minto的
楼上说得对,主要还是看个人喜好,户型和位置是最重要的

至于builder的合同,建筑质量,售后服务,我觉得都差不多

我也很同情BDW,希望她的事情能得到很好的解决
我自己买第二套的时候还是买的minto的房子,是因为我自己以及身边很多朋友都对minto的房屋以及售后基本满意,而且很喜欢新房的房型以及位置
当时还没听说过有这种事情发生
如果知道,也许会影响我的决定
不过我始终觉得这个是概率很小的事件。。。。。。
 
反正我是不会买M的房子,因为被很多人告诫过。 早在十年前就有好几个人提到千万不要买M的房子,说它是cheap company, 用的是最cheap materials。而且大多数是小lot. M的房子最大的优势就是 - 便宜!
 
想在BARRHAVEN买房,但是已经被两个中国人告知, MINTO的名声很坏,中国人都不买了。同时也被一外国同事告知,她挺喜欢的,刚搬进去的时候,有些小毛病,每次给MINTO 打电话,很快就能解决。
我困惑了,谁给说道说道。。


我头一个房子是Minto,此生不会再碰这个builder。
 
不过我始终觉得这个是概率很小的事件。。。。。。
That is a 概率很小的事件, but the way minto handles this incidence, could happen everyday, on everyone
 
Minto is not bad, it's actually a better builder than most others. Don't be misled by a one-side story from a unhappy buyer.

I do not understand why some people buy from minto.

Please note minto is not a builder, but a rental company.

Minto 建百万豪宅找的都是一流施工队,质量不错
小房子用的都是三流施工队, 质量很烂, 而且不讲理。
Minto 自己没有施工队, 全是找 contractor。
 
正是小概率事件才说明了一个人或公司的基本素质。 如果刚开始,还可以认为是基层销售人员的失误的话,事到如今,完全可以看出“明偷”的高管人员的品德。其实builder都是黑的,但这个事件放在别的builder身上,没准会有不同的结果。
 
要说MINTO的房子便宜,但是我怎么不这么觉得,MINTO基本上没有什么BONUS,像VALE CRAFT,就是SOHO WEST那边的房子,有两个TOWN 的户型,能给两个价值$5000的BONUS,合起来就是1万呢。

怎么知道BUILDER的用料CHEAP呢?是不是过不了几年,房子漏水,地毯冒钉子,还是怎样?那要是MINTO的房子果真是很CHEAP的话,谁给说说哪个BUILDER的用料好,房子建的坚固,让我参考参考。
 
Minto is not bad, it's actually a better builder than most others. Don't be misled by a one-side story from a unhappy buyer.

We really want to hear what Minto would say about this case and let Minto to mislead us. I sent a few emails to their management team, zero reply. The fact is MINTO put the house back onto market without returning buyer's deposit. If that's the way it treats its customers, MINTO is really really bad! Buy a house from MINTO, forget_it!
 
it doesn't seem there's an AS IS term in the contract otherwise where is the argue point?
