Outbound Sales Representative (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Summary of Duties
Contribute to the Mint’s attainment of the Numismatic sales objectives by performing outbound telephone sales
and customer relationship management for existing and new customers and by following up with customers to solicit further sales, assure customer satisfaction, and handle queries and complaints.
Qualifications
Education and Previous Experience:
High school diploma, post-secondary degree preferred.
One year selling experience in sales by phone, preferably in targeted or commissioned sales environment.
Previous customer service experience.
English is essential
Ability to read and write traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese is essential
Ability to speak both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
Skills/Abilities:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Ability to work with a team and independently.
Ability to multi-task.
Computer proficiency.
Experience/knowledge precious metals and or market fluctuation would be an asset.
Results oriented.
Experience in a pure sales role with quotas and targets.
Cold calling prospective clients and promoting an exceptional line of products.

Will take responsibility for the results achieved
