油漆完全干了的，就认为是 Empty paint can，把盖子打开，可以放蓝箱回收

还有剩余油漆。。。我今天去Kanata Lowe's 退货，那有一个牌子，他们可以回收剩余油漆。我记得RONA 也有类似的告示。
