我的Mortgage付了20%的downpayment
这两天在律师那边签文件时才发现银行有个condition是这样的:
This commitment is conditional on your granting to the bank a valid first charge/immovable hypothec on the property (the 'Mortgage") in the amount of as security for the loan and all other obligations, present of future, incurred by you to the Bank.
"" is the full purchase price.
可是我已经付了20%的首付了啊,为什么mortgage要求注册为full purchase price,而不是full purchase price的80%呢?
如果我这样签字的话会有什么弊端吗?
