If you appeal, who do you think the judge will believe, you or the policeman?
You can argue the LASER has error, (reported by manufacturer), and direction of wind when policeman measured your car approaching speed (Doppler effect). But it is impossible to argue Laser Gun Error and direction of wind together have an error of 27 %. 10 % is the maximum. Hence when policeman told you he/she recorded 127, he/she usually wrote 120, that already accounted for those error.
** Policeman will tell the judge what was the Laser Gun recorded reading.
Good luck.
