请问Findlay Creek这个区怎么样？ 如果在这个区买新房的话，TARTAN好一些还是TAMARACK好一些？非常感谢！

个人感觉挺好的，离市中心也不远. 区口那个plaza明年2月份好像就建好了。不过学校好像要到2014年吧？不太确定。

唯一问题，附近有个火葬场（在FC的北边，如果买Findlay Creek drive附近的房子不觉得有什么影响，不过这个是个人喜好问题，如果不是那么介意就没问题）

Tartan的房型和外观比较新颖。Taramack就比较普通或者说比较正规，可能价钱要比Tartan便宜些。因为standard好像比Tartan高一些（在价钱差不多的情况下）这个也是个人喜好问题，去看看，有人喜欢Tartan,有人喜欢Tamarack

LZ可以去看看样板间，好像最近新release了一些lot,不过似乎也没多少。

One colleague who bought single house there prefers Tartan for its quality. The location of the community is good if you drive to work. 10 minutes away from southkey mall but much less theft rate compared to the community along Hunt club. Not many lots are left, but clarige will build a new community on the other side of bank street.
