请问centrepointe哪个区域较好？

感觉这个区的小学和配套设施都很完备，有些网友几乎把这里说成dreamland, 但又有些网友说这个区不是很好，那么具体是哪块很好哪块很不好呢？

The big house is usually located at better locations. If possible you can check the house price.
