OTTAWA — Four months after coming uncomfortably close to having to shut its doors , the Ottawa School of Speech and Drama has a message for Ottawa: it’s open for business – wide open. After a successful summer camp program and instating a plan to put it on a solid financial footing, the OSSD is hosting its annual open house Saturday, which welcomes potential students to try out sample classes – how you would like to learn to sing “Ease on Down the Road” Glee-style? – and to talk to instructors.
