大家知道地税是怎么算的?

我在BARRHEVAN2011买的新房子,303000, 1845SQUARE FEET, 为什么一年要4188的地税?他是MONTHLY CHARGE, 每个月CHARGE了我350. 这样子一年就要4188, 怎么回那么贵, 有什么地方可以咨询地税是怎么算的吗?

Monthly charge 是 pay 10个月，每年有两个月不用付地税：
“The standard plan starts in January of each year. With this plan, 10 monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account from January to October. ”
