paypal 安全吗？

LZ.你的故事貌似在那里见到过，也是有人在网上卖车，有人没来看就要买，也是用支付宝，最后被骗了，我不是很懂怎么骗得，但是这是真事，lz要三思。

用Paypal买东西，一般买完后都会收到confirmation email. 骗子要你的Paypal number 是为了给你发假的confirmation email，造成已经把钱给你了的假象。其实登陆Paypal就能查出他到底把钱给你了没有。

the asking price and the present conditions of it and i want you to
note that i will be paying with US certified cashiers check and the
payment that will be sent to you will include the shipper's fee which
mean's you don't have to bother yourself on the shipping and
immediately you receive the payment you will cash the payment and
deduct your item fee and get the shipping cost wired via western union or money gram to the shipper's information that will be sent to you and if you are okay with this terms kindly get back to me with the Full Name,Address and your contact phone number so that the payment can be issued out to you as soon as possible.

现在做假的 certified cashiers check 比做假钞票容易多了。

你收到这个 certified cashiers check 后，拿到银行存基本没问题。 问题是2，3个月后，银行发行这个 check 是假的，银行会找回你的！

关键是这个 certified check 是很容易伪造的啊，比做假钞票容易！
