據彭博報道，有關消息人士稱，花旗(C)已經停止向其在日本的客戶推銷一些零售銀行產品，因為公司在等待政府有關其對當地條令合規的調查結果當中。
據華爾街日報報道，摩托羅拉移動(MMI)正開始銷售一種安全軟件，該安全軟件將可幫助公司增強並管理公司雇員手機的安全性，而此安全軟件主要用於安有谷歌(GOOG)安卓系統的手機。

In economic news, the National Federation of Independent Business reported that small business confidence grew slightly
in September for the first time in 7 months.
Earnings season kicked off this week with AA, Alcoa reporting weaker than expected earnings during after market hours on
Tuesday. Shares were down over 4% during after-market trading.
PEP, Pepsico, JPM, JPMorgan, GOOG, Google, and MAT, Mattel are some of the more notable companies scheduled to
release earnings the remainder of this week.
