it depends on which agency you are interested, in my experience, the price in toronto is cheaper than here,but it involves a lot process,a little bit complicated.
and u can choose u want to go to shanghai or beijing.

为什么不找份星岛日报看看，上面有很多旅行社，多打几个电话问问，看哪家便宜。龙城有一家，但是不是便宜就不知道了，还是多问一下吧。
