Federal Justice Minister Rob Nicholson is meeting with his Quebec counterpart Jean-Marc Fournier Tuesday. Quebec refuses to pay for additional prison costs incurred by the passage of the federal omnibus crime bill, and Fournier has asked for significant amendments.
