加拿大的地产发展是很傻的，基本上是builder选一块看的中的地块，先买好。等时机成熟开发。1,2,3,4期，然后人口入驻，然后shoppping mall，grocery跟进，然后更多的人跟进买房，最后开发结束。
kanata lake，soho west，stittsville，orlen莫不如此。
现在fairwind那块，已经有lows等不少店，商业网点已属不错，再加上outlet，绝对能带旺人气。想想看，几十个，最少十几个店在一起。
想想走路，就能去outlet逛逛，对于大多数人肯定是利好吧。
人不就图个生活舒适吗。
我们小区，新建个storm pond，景色不错，都有不少人过来参观，开发商还把这作为一个卖点呢。
大家想，是不是个理。
