今天上法庭,在courtroom里面听别人的trial...等了一个小时之后,被一个做wheelchair的中年男人叫到一个小room,他问了我事情的经过。。。然后我问他是谁,他说他是prosecutor.
anyway, 长话短说,他说我的conviction is 要减2分的,但他可以把我的变成是bylaw - obstruction of traffic...but I have to plea guilty to that and my fine is increased from $80 to $180...he said that way is like nothing has happened, like I only pay for parking ticket.
so, anyway, I had no confident that I will win in the trial...so I just chose to trust him and plea guilty to the new charge.
my question is: am I right to trust him? am I really getting a good deal??? if so, then how come my fine is increased?
:blink::blink:
nobody has ever told me I am going to be deducted any point. but my original charge was: Contrary to: HTA of Ontario, 142(1)
so is that mean I am going to be deducted point?
I supposed 2 points is worthed 100 dollar ?
