On Oct.24, this company sent out an email to all participating families asking the following information:
Address
Size of home in sq. ft:
what service you are interested in
family code

Is their quote based on this survey result? If most of participating families have 3000 sq ft home, do you think they will still have the same quote?

survey是商家做的一个预先的统计数据，不会因为我们大房子多就涨价的。

I really think the price should be notified to the participating families earlier since you've already had it, not after 2 months of waiting.

我自己以前也找过其他公司来清理，价格比这次还贵些，用的设备还更简易。
这个deal还是不错的。

小房子的人可能觉得有点不公平，那就自己找好了，多打几个电话的事。团长也很辛苦，大家多体谅。

团长辛苦了。不过现在天都有些下雪了，还能做管道清洁吗？如果做了，灰尘满地跑，窗又不能开，怎么是好呀。如果全部敞开一天，那么暖气的损失也是很多$$

这个项目没有太多的季节限制，他们所用的设备是装载在卡车上的，用长管道连接到室内Furnace的管道和出风口上，不是有些小公司使用的便携式的吸尘器，其实和中央吸尘器是一个概念，吸出来的灰尘是通过管道直接到了卡车上，不会造成2次污染，而且两者的吸力不可同日而语。
大家有机会可以看一看他们工作完吸出来的东西就知道有没有必要了。
他们工作的时候你也没有必要打开全部的门窗，只要留能通过管道的空间即可。

We organize group purchases and always try our best to get best products, services and prices.
If you are not satisfied, all you have to do is ignore it. You could do you own homework if you just want to know the best price.
Group prices are protected as vendors requested, this is a basic rule.
Unfortunately, we cannot follow your instruction.

I appreciate all the work you've done but I thought hearing the voice from the participating families will improve the work in the future, no? I am not satisfied, that's why I am thinking maybe it could be better. Don't you agree?

I didn't mention any price at all, not even the vendor's name. What I suggested is not against the rule. You have decided the price two months ago after we sent in the email to join this group buy. Why couldn't you let us know what the price was sooner? After all, we are the families who opted to join the group buy and had to wait two months to receive the price.

I am sorry if I sound like arguing. It is not my intention. I just want to make my point clear. Again, I appreciate all the work you've done for the group.

You have decided the price two months ago after we sent in the email to join this group buy. Why couldn't you let us know what the price was sooner? After all, we are the families who opted to join the group buy and had to wait two months to receive the price.

这个问题我再解释一次，在商家在没有完全准备好之前，我们不会开始团购，经验告诉我们，要不然是对大家的不负责。同样在没有准备好之前我们也不会公布团购的细节，因为很多东西都会因为时间的改变而改变，与其公布一个没有最后确定的消息最后再做更改只会增加大家的困惑和我们的工作量，希望不用再花费时间在这个话题上纠结了。

希望大家能客观的看待享受的优惠，相比较同样质量的产品，服务和价格，团购是否能给您带来优惠？如果是，但因为别人享受到比自己更多一点而不满意就有点得不偿失了。
