补充一点:

在经济不景气的情况下,北美的一些hitech公司也屡有abuse员工的情况出现.

现在能够有一份工作,就要烧香感谢老天了.如果心里还有很多几几歪歪的念头,那么下一轮裁员一定黑榜题名.

我觉得也不全对吧，不要误导。
我有朋友在华为，也有夫妻两个都是华为的，也没怎么着。
加不加班也很多是看自己。加班是有夜宵，而且做加班车回去就是免费，所以有些单身的就宁愿加班了，反正回去也没什么事。
我也不想说华为好不好，因人而异，不是最好也不是最坏。

But don't join Huawei if you still have other choices.
people in other foreign owned companies like Nortel won't like to
recruit from Huawei. Once you have a Huawei background, your
chance to enter other company is slim.
