就是简单检查件数。然后有个警示作用。
Costco的商品价值高毛利低，被偷的话损失很大。

Costco是私人领地。只是合法，他想怎么干就可以怎么干。当然他要是真的太过分了，大家就不去了。 比如上面的第二条，Costco基本没实施吧。想当初，Walmart干过的。
