院长工资half million以上， 养老金不用自己交， 汽车补贴。
咱每年还向医院捐啥钱啊。
交再多税也喂不饱工资这么高的人啊，用赤脚医生得了。

我总觉得国家垄断的企业或者机构，老总应该比私营拿的少才对

可能也是不得已，咱南边大哥国医生收入更高，经常有报道说加国培养的医生被吸到美国高就。如果不是高薪养医生，恐怕加拿大人连医生都没得看了（医生已经紧缺，不少人真的没得看医生），这也是没办法的事

it doesn't work in that way the hospital is still losing money while it's CEO gets very high salary+bonus. if you open a hospital like that, you will have to file chapter-11

of course not. they're sponsored by government (if it's true, didn't dig into it) i meant if *you* open a hospital in similar situation, you won't earn half million but instead, go bankrupt
