house一天到晚不够干活的了,父母在的时候还行,父母走了空荡荡,我和老公算过每天基本就在电脑房和卧室度过,厨房都不怎么去~~~等以后找了保姆了再住回去~~~

渥村地税太高, 租金又不高,拥房出租, 不合算。
本人在温哥华, 卡加利, 渥村都住过数年, 比较如下:
同样价位的房子, 屋村的地税 是卡市的 2-3 倍 以上, 可租金远不如卡市高。
同样地税的房子, 温哥华的租金 是屋村的 2-3 倍 以上。
