不会是themostat的电池问题吧？

themostat显示正常吧?

周五也我炉子和你一样的情况，请师傅来看了，结果是风扇工作不正常，建议换风扇电机，找了半天，但是周六dealer好像不上班，所以自己漏夜学习电机知识，通宵作业，结果成功修复风扇电机， heating 在半夜2点一刻重新正常运作。你的情况估计是风扇工作不正常，点火后热量无法传输出去，造成温度高，系统自动停在点火， 所以我认为还是风扇的问题。

themostat显示正常。不管怎么说，去买了个新电池试了一下。启动并工作了3分钟。狠狠地激动了一把。可是，又死了。。。

1. Check Item2 (Induce Motor). If it works, go next; if it doesn’t work, order new one.
2. Check Item 13 (Gas Valve). Use a multimeter to measure the Resistance of the valve solenoid coil, the reading should be around 1kΩ. If so, go next; otherwise order new one.
3. Check Item9 (Flame Sensor). Lightly clean the surface with fine emery cloth (120 and up).


I think you should order a new Gas Valve. Take care.

关掉锅炉的电源，等一、二分钟后再送电。

Looks like flame signal is too low, double check error code to verify it.

You are looking around 350 dollar to get it fixed during holiday or you want wait until Tuesday for half price.

Lightly clean the surface with fine emery cloth (120 and up.这是砂纸的规格，不是价钱).

I think you should order a new Gas Valve. Because

但是点火后发现状态不安全，如供氧，供气，排CO2，燃烧温度过高等，所以自动熄火！

This is it!
Pull the rubber tube out to check if there's lint build up...etc. Flame sensor may be.
Gas valve should be fine as it fires.
