这个不是饭和肉汤的关系。俺也曾经有过几个难受的阶段,学习不顺,没有工作,经济压力,打餐馆工...那时候精神压力大啊。而国内的同学们,房子车子票子大大的,更有心理不平衡感了。这时候,就得自己分散精力,踏青,跑步,音乐...这些都能缓解压力。当然,楼主要跨出第一步是最难的。最重要是朋友们,他们让你走出自己的精神小圈子。

楼主的抑郁,是找得到病根的,主要是生活不顺利。个人感觉比那些无缘无故的抑郁容易对付些。身边有一个朋友,什么都有,但就是抑郁,找不到原因,那个最难治疗。
 
有抑郁症的人,有遗传因素,但如果身边有个他很信任的人,不断地开导他,改变他那种悲情的思维模式,对病情绝对有好处!我不同意纯粹的把抑郁症看做一种病来治疗!

姿爱,我是想说一些爱好会分散精力,有帮助,仅此而已。

你说的那种情况我见过两个人,一个四川美女,老觉得生活了无意义,吓的她娘眼珠子不移的看着她好久。另一个白哥哥,丰衣足食,总得吃药,一停就寻死觅活。挺吓人的。但那个白哥哥自己非常配合治疗,投身园艺事业,把家里的花园弄的非常漂亮。现在四川妹妹和这个白哥哥,情况都好多了。
 
哈哈,把这忘了。除了英语,其他的多干几年基本都废了。

英语好就是最强的能力

其他什么都会,就是英语不行,那就很难办。。。
 
抑郁是病。不是说要坚强,为家人着想就可以自然好的。一定要看医生吃药。周围好几个得抑郁症的朋友通过吃药都好了。也有自杀了的,是没有意识到得了抑郁,没有看病吃药。自杀的人中抑郁症的比例是极高的。楼主一定要看病吃药呀,不是换了环境你的病就自然会好的。保重!
 
楼主有没有去church寻求下帮助?我虽然没什么经验,但觉得还是有很多人愿意提供帮助的。
 
同意Jay Wang,虽然发展爱好听起来很"吃肉",但确实是平衡压力的好办法,这边面试不是经常问你爱好什么和怎么舒缓压力么?当成是自我治疗的方法吧。去年找不到工作的时候跟一朋友闲聊,真的很"提神",基本意思是:等你找到工作了,再回头看看,就那么回事吧。
 
我是楼主,就搬到魁省这边住,两个孩子,一个月拿的牛奶金基本够房租和吃饭的了。魁省的daycare又便宜,公立的7刀一天的难找,但7刀一天的home daycare不是那么难找。这边也有英语的college,也有会计专业,学费及其便宜。在这边你也可以做点小生意,开个便利店啥的,可以卖烟酒,一家人吃喝应该不愁。如果你已经在魁省,就当我废话了。

抑郁症到了一定程度必须服药,而且要跟心理辅导配合。万万不可擅自停药。必须遵医嘱。能自己调整过来的根本就不是抑郁症。

首先main stream中standard的疗法好些并不见得就是最有利于病人的疗法,好些都是有争议的, 但一些大药厂和医生为了自身的利益,就把它们变成main stream中standard的疗法了。但病人要为自己负责,就最好自己多做研究,看看有没有其他可行而副作用更小,更能从根本上解决的方法。如果有的话,应该先试试其他的方法。对于抑郁症,吃药并不是唯一的疗法,如果是我,我会更积极的试试其他的方法,吃药只会是最后一招。

7 Steps to Treat Depression without Drugs

楼主现在看到英文就头大,让他搬去魁省,更成个文盲,病情还不得加重。我说的是实话。
