Brother, we are here to resolve issue(s), not to raise anger.
You said recent, I flipped thru last 3 months invoices (paid or not yet paid), estimates, quotes, and handwritten notes. I still couldn't find it.
You know in 3 months, lots of things could happen:
Brand new tires can be worn out due to alignment problem. Brand new tire can have flat spot if car is parked.
Brand new brake pad+rotors can worn out if hard brake all the time. Brand new brake pad+rotors can be rusted and noise if parked and not moving.
Air filters can suck-in lots of dust. Animals could bring nuts and dust to filter area if vehicle is stationed.
Even engine oil needs to change in 3 months.
But for the sake of solving the problem, I will try my best to find more invoices in previous 3 more months and hope can find something.

We understand there are more ways to improve in our shop and we are trying to do. We accept comments like inspection report, computerized one, we will soon have those available.

In Honda dealers, later models are all computerized, computer will use temperature, driving habit and internal sensors to determine which service is required. Even you came in for B-service, without a '2' on screen or customer special request, proper technician WILL NOT up-sell any '2'-related service/product.

Who did you contacted to 'unblock' this thread? No one EVER blocked this thread, from the time you post to this morning. More than 61 replies. If the thread is blocked, how come the rest of the people can post.
