对啊,我没说错啊,超车道上的车如果被人顶着,就应该转到慢车道。谢谢你。Vehicles or equestrians overtaken
(2) Every person in charge of a vehicle or on horseback on a highway who is overtaken by a vehicle or equestrian travelling at a greater speed shall turn out to the right and allow the overtaking vehicle or equestrian to pass. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 148 (2).http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statutes/english/elaws_statutes_90h08_e.htm
Exception
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to a person in charge of a road service vehicle or a road-building machine or apparatus while the machine or apparatus is engaged in the construction of a highway. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 148 (3).
请教:in the act of overtaking--------------我的理解是跟在后面要超车;难道这句话的意思是,不在同一条lane超车和经过时,可打高灯?“except when in the act of overtaking and passing.”
It's not like they're saying you HAVE to have your high beams on while you pass another vehicle, only that you're allowed to if you need them. A passing driver has the right to see ahead... You would only have your high beams on when you are in the act of overtaking and passing, not behind them (i.e. you're already in the lane next to them. They can't see you in their rear view mirror. The high beams will only be in the lead car's side mirror, which isn't a big deal for the few seconds you will be in that spot.)
还用查,谁没事在高速上开六十的,不是车的毛病就是脑子有毛病。![]()
我的理解是,in the act of overtaking是“在超车的过程当中”,而不是“跟在后面”(following)"要超车“(going to overtake)。"in the act of"的意思是”in the process of","at the time that","on the point of","during the time that"。 例句:请教:in the act of overtaking--------------我的理解是跟在后面要超车;难道这句话的意思是,不在同一条lane超车和经过时,可打高灯?
