这么豪的房子广告为什么不把外形照全？大概很不愿意带上邻居的身影，的确很不协调。
Location很好，也很新，2013建的。就是一米的房子，只有单车库，Lot是窄了些。
消火栓的位置很特别，救火很方便。

Location很好，也很新，2013建的。就是一米的房子，只有单车库，Lot是窄了些。

It is way overpriced. It intentionally didn't mention the model and size but must be one of the smallest single. A larger house on next street (Paul Metivier) was asking for $336K over six months ago. Since then price has declined.

40万确实不算便宜，如果我没猜错的话买进来的时候应该是35万-40万之间

买进来的价钱不会那么高的，如果是一手房主，当时的房价估计在30万左右
