如果你赶时间,司机都说了“take a cab”
你再罗里啰嗦,对司机构成骚扰了(你自己不觉得而已),他都跟你说了“他可以让你下车的”
 
人家86路司机的职责是聚精会神好好开车,为86路车上所有乘客负责
不是听你发泄,还要点头哈腰代表公交公司给你赔礼道歉的

你有这种习惯,可能是在中国养尊处优惯了
碰上公交车晚点就怼司机,下馆子没被伺候舒服就骂服务员,可是在加拿大,,,公交司机和餐馆服务员都不是点头哈腰低身下气的干活,你地明白不?

I just asked him a fxing question. If he can't answer, he can just said I don't know! Maybe he might know what happened to the buses. maybe some schedule problem or accident or something? is it normal people wait for 45 minutes for a bus in rush hour? do I have the right to expect they deliver as they say?

he was very rude and had zero customer service mind set.

I will fire him outright if I own the company and he treated my customer this way and there are competitions out there to take my customer.

this people have zero care and concept of customer service.

they worked for the same company, I just told him what happen and asked for an explanation. Got it?

As part of the company he has the obligation to apologize or at least explain the bad service they deliver and never deliver.

People are people. they should value people's time. they should manage the company and service much better.

This is just a badly managed organization. The bus driver are rude and they couldn't care less about their passengers.

Do I have to endure and suffer silently without even saying a word of what I went through? really? try standing there for 45 minutes, checking for every bus to see the one is coming when the schedule said it's 15 minutes in rush hour, and then come back and tell me how you feel.

Fortunately I just talked to a 100% native white Canadian and he totally think the driver is a jerk.

Many Chinese are used to be slavish and servile, they never stand up for anything.

再次表示强烈支持!个人觉得,86路司机必须全权负责对80路延误这一问题的解释,而且必须在他正在开车的时候。他要是不边开车边对愤怒的、误了80路的乘客作出解释,并代表公交公司承担罪责,你就应该把他Fire掉。可是楼主怎么到现在还没有为民除害?还让这害群之马jerk继续上岗?开除他呀!说句实在话,这个86路的司机居然拒绝代表公交公司对任意一辆公交车的晚点做出解释和道歉,而且不对情感受到伤害的乘客,在手握方向盘开车的同时马上做出抚慰,是非常严重的渎职犯罪,他应该被起诉的,岂止是fire掉那么简单的事情?!我读了楼主的控诉,现在都心绪难平,怒不可遏。

最欣赏楼主的一点,就是对于white Canadian 的直白崇尚,国移男都在咖啡店用口臭熏你,幸好楼主没找国移男说这件事。我非常同意楼主的处理方法,也替楼主避开了猥琐国移男感到由衷的敬佩和高兴。要是能和white Canadian去fXXX一下下,他就不光说司机是jerk了,他能为了在fXXX楼主一次,去打那个jerk司机的。又爽又解气的方法摆在那不用,可惜了,啧啧啧,和white Canadian哭诉时候要是脱了裤子多好呀。真可惜了,完美的炮友,美好的炮局,被个司机给岔开了。老外也不都有HIV,买个杜蕾斯放包里,下回就不担心了,抓着谁算谁,坐bus也顺便爽一下赚点钱,一举两得。让陈老师掌镜,给楼主拍个《公交奇缘》,也算对挺身而出与邪恶势力作斗争的华裔女英雄致个敬。

There are ways to contact octranspo to file complaints, such as online service issue report page. I tried a couple of times, but have doubt on the effectiveness. Although, I think it might be more effective than talking to drivers, who even don't really have a nice place to take a break and have lunch not mentioning their appealing position in the company.

都知道一路车司机不能够解释二路车的事情,但是,司机毕竟是一个顾客服务的岗位,好的服务会把任何一个跟他说话的人都当成当前顾客,其实一句两句理解顾客的话就能把这小事化解。
顾客往往第一时间遇到的是front line员工,不是正当渠道的什么人。发泄一下,理解一下,很简单。我看是服务水平的问题,和人心的问题。

楼主,这里是加拿大,要入乡随俗,从尊重服务人员做起
在东亚地区,你要是有什么不满的地方可以使劲朝服务人员撒泼泄愤,服务人员只能唯唯诺诺赔笑赔不是
但是这里是加拿大,服务人员是有尊严的,不是收纳你负能量的垃圾桶
如果你不尊重服务人员,你也不配得服务人员的尊重

另外,投诉的正确渠道是打电话或者写信给公交公司客服部门
而不是找司机评理,司机又要开车又要听你唠叨还要点头哈腰赔笑赔不是,累不累?还让不让人好好开车了?

首先可以确定这事楼主开始有理,等很长时间,80路公共汽车也不来,可以投诉OCTRANSPO,一点问题都没有,但是不应该找86路的司机去Complain,因为他根本不会指导80路发生了什么事,他只是OCTRANSPO的一名员工,也没有义务听你唠叨,相反,为了能安全驾驶和全车人的生命安全,他赶你下车也是无可非议的,你总不能因为80路不来就让86路全车人为你殉葬。
 
小事情不要在意,过去就过去了。以后要么自己开车,要么以后坐轻轨。

你分析的太棒了~这事儿吧本来就是一小事儿,就是服务水平和人心的问题,这事儿要是放在我出国前在中国的时候吧,那时候在中国的工作很轻闲,就是当老师而已,我也会说这是什么服务,我要投诉:evil:
后来来了加拿大,我做过最底层的工作,每天工作回到家都快累晕倒的程度,工作的时候累到一定程度上也会态度不好,现在不做这工作了,但我现在如果碰到做这样工作的人都会多好多分理解,因为做过那样累的工作知道他们有多不容易,所以有时候也会脾气不好,不只是我这样,同事们也一样,因为都是一个处境

Exactly. He just need to say I don't know and that will be all. Consider someone standing there for so long when the buses just kept missing.
Not only he doesn't have zero sympathy, but he aggrevated a customers frustration.
Oh, anyhow I biked this morning and felt awesome!
What people here said just reflected who they are as a "person". Nothing to do with me and will not affect me.
All kinds of people in this world indeed...
