1. she is such a SCAM. reason: her rent = 920 + hydro = 970 (said the renttal office). she rent out two rooms and half of living room 300+320+250=870. she(she is the main land lord) and her bf (living off her gf) both signed the lease few yrs ago. her bf is not paying no rent (her gf's mom told me). in other words, she only pays100 for her master bedroom. it is very unethical to have all her tenants pay for her rent. she should not make any $$ out of this to start with. Rental office also told me she wanted to rent another apartment last yr but was refused because they went to her unit and checked everything. the rental agent felt the whole place was not only crowded but also very disgusting and full of unbearable odours. it is very obvious that she is very greedy and wanted to make more money by renting out another apartment. luckily she didn't get it. in addition, the management will definitely press charge on her after she moves out from the apt for all the damage she has done to the property.
2.whenever she is not happy about the tenant, she will a)disconnect their phone. b)disconnect their tv. c)disconnect their internet or do all of the above (her computer got virus so internet cut of every 5 mins because of that. she never resolved the problem) every couple of days she would disconnect my cable and connect the main cable to her own tv because her tv cable is defective. EVERYTHING SHE DID WAS NO CONVERN OF OTHERS. SHE ONLY CARE ABOUT HER SELF AND HOW SHE FEELS.
3.MONEY is EVERYTHING to her, i dont think anybody can be more cold blooded and trashy than her. reason: my father flew 15000km from ASIA just to stay for a few days with me in the summer. when he arrived in the evening. she immediately sent her bf out and forced us to pay her 10/day for electricity. she threaten if we dont pay, she will kick my father ouT immediately. on top of that, she said SHE DONT CARE WHO THE HELL HE IS, HE IS NOBODY TO HER, there for he can't stay in my room. she looks like a human, but deep inside she is a live beast. that's the most non-human words i have ever heard in my life. i felt so ashamed to know her and felt sorry for all the chinese people out there in the world. how can somebody possibly say such a disrespectful thing to my own father? her MOTHER visited her from China and not paid any rent for 6 month, How come she didn't do that to her own MOM? why she treated other ppl's parents so different? I think this lady needs to burn in the hell for no respect to other's parents. i wondered if school ever taught her any manner.
4. on 6/28. she once again disconnect my cable so her kid can watch tv. i was extremely furious to see my tv become SNOWY once away. i walked out and politely asked her to put the cable back on. all the suddent she was telling me to back off because her kid is watching tv. i told her that every one deserve equal right to watch tv in this house and she shouldn't disconnect my cable because hers is broken. just when i went behind the tv, she all the suddent lost control and started SCRATCH MY ARMS WITH HER SHARP NAILS ( SHE MIGHT BE CARRYING STD OR OTHER VIRUS ON HER NAILS TO START WITH, NOW I GOT A HUGE LONG SCARS ON MY ARMS THAT IS VERY EASY TO SEE) SHE ALSO SPIT ON MY FACE ( OF COURSE I SPIT BACK TO HER). AFTER THAT SHE GONE OBSOLUTELY CRAZY AND STARTED TO PUNCH, KICK ME, AND WHEN HER BF CAME OUT OF HIS ROOM AND STOOD BETWEEN US. SHE STARTED TO THROW DISHES, KNIFES, BOWLS, ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE IN THE KITCHEN. THAT WAS DEFINITELY THE CRASIEST THING I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. *****IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE THE SCAR IN MY ARMS, FEEL FREE TO REQUEST A PICTURE, I WILL TAKE A CLEAR ONE FOR U*** anyways, long story short, the police was here at last, and suggested that i do nothing and try to have peace until i move out ( there were only 2 days left b4 i moved out) the police said if i wanted to sue her, they would have to arrest both of us? CAN ANYBODY BELIEVE IT?? SHE IS OBVIOUSLY AT FAULT AND THE POLICE JUST LET IT GO LIKE THAT? THE POLICE IN CANADA IS UNDOUBTABLY USELESS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH FEMALE. ***UNLESS A FEMALE STAB YOU OR SERIOUSLY INJURED YOU, THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT** THAT'S THE LESSON I LEARNED FROM THE USELESS FOOL. ( IT ALSO TOOK ME A LOT OF EFFORT TO GET THE 200 DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK WHILE I SHOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN IT TO HER AT THE FIRST PLACE)
