[问题] 不小心撞到别人的车,车主这样要价合理吗?

谢谢大家的意见~~我也不知道对方有没有保险.不过确实是我错了.撞了他.赔是一定要赔的.不过我是觉的900有点太多而已.朋友介绍我了几个body shop,我今天会联系那个车主和我一起去重新估价.我下次会小心的.也提醒所有开车的朋友小心,冬天开车确实会有很多意外情况.

Try the garage on Gladstone (at the corner of Lyon).
I cannot recall the name but it is easy to find it (east of Lyon on Gladstone).
I believe it should be around $300.
If you can settle this by yourself, you'd better not involve the insurance company and anyway you probably have $500 deductable which has to come out of your own pocket.

What you need to do:
1. Go find the garage (on Gladstone between Lyon and Bank),
2. Ask the other party to bring his/her car to the garage with you, tell the garage owner that you are paying from your own pocket (he will consider this when he gives the quote).
3. Once you agree on the price and repair, pay the garage and leave the remaining work to them.

I had some experience with them and think they are acceptable.

Just a tip: Two month ago I hit a hole on the rear plastic part of my car when I was backing up, and I found a body shop which specializes on plastic and painting, they melt the broken part, flatten it and repaint it, and it took them one day and they only charged me $225 before tax. I have to say that they did an excellent job for I could not distinguish the broken part even if I know that I did break it. This body shop is in Toronto area, but I think Ottawa also should have body shop like this. Look around and take a look at the yellow pages, good luck!

别的我不多说。900的价钱都后换2个后BUMPER了。他摆明的实现赚你的钱。

你干脆和他约一下。直接找个BODYSHOP，最多给他喷喷漆。我上次撞了个印度人。也就是后面撞了点滑痕，我和他私了的。他才要了我$250。

如果后面的BUMPER没裂开的话，喷个漆最多最多300（税后），而且还是全喷的。

顺便再提一句。你给他弄完后带个照相机，把修完的拍下来。留个证据。

找一家你信得过的bodyshop估价，或者到交通部指定的bodyshop估价。不过900块的价格不算离谱（如果保险杠变形需要扳金，或换保险杠）如果只是需要重新喷漆，大约只要200。但通常bodyshop针对这种由于一方失误的case他们总是会按照最大花费的方式处理。这个价格和车子的价格无关。跟那个车主商量一下，给他现金，通常会有很大商量余地。他若不干，就跟他硬气一些，跟他说你要找一家你信得过的bodyshop作价，让他在那里修，你会把钱直接给bodyshop,通常这样的情形他会喜欢收现金。这是小case,少于一千不需要找警察，通常都是协商解决，不要害怕。要据理力争。

一个新的 Toyota Corolla 的 bumper 的材料费是 CD$270. hyundai elantra 的材料费也该差不多的. 人工费大约也是 270. 所以, 告诉他, 赔 $500, 如果他接受, 就给他现金. 不接受就报保险公司.

这么旧的韩国车也敢叫高价.LZ不要相信,跟他说要赔钱的话就要看单据,叫他弄好了就把所有整齐的单据拿给你看,否则一分钱不给.

差不多了！！如果是换一个新的加上喷漆差不多。不过如果2000多的车！他没必要花这么多钱去修！谁便找一个装上就可以了-----西瓜
