Hi folks, I just have a serious problem with Rogers. I just recieved my cell phone bill for last month. The price was shocking me, 146 bux. It says I used 700+ mins in day time (it was free after 8pm). One call has my attension. It shows that I recieved one call on 19:47 Dec 7 for 258 mins which is more than 4 hours! And 130 mins of 258 mins are IRM which defines as Roaming calling out of local call area by Rogers. But 1000% sure I didn't get that call, and I hadn't left town until this year. Just this one weird call costs me almost 90 bux. I have called both custom service and custom relationship of Rogers. They insist there is no error in the system, and ask me to pay the bill. After a few arguement, they agree to cut half price, but I am not willing to pay for wut I didn't get. And they can do this on Dec, they can do it again in the future. Now, wut should I do to get my money back (I've paid the bill already)? Really need help.
