非常感谢各位的建议。 从你们的建议来看，我还没有作stupid的事。我一直很努力的希望完成assignment,但是他经一切可能来阻止我完成assignment, like do not give enough information. 把我的资源以各种合理方式抽走。放大我的错误，离间我和别人的工作关系。它不是一个很小的supervisor，所以，即使有一些同事知道他对我不是很fair，也不会，不敢说什么. 我跟他之间应该是有一些利益冲突的，当然我是后来才知道。如果，我希望能跟他的supervisor谈，应该是以什末样的理由呢？

没有十足的把握，最好别跟supervisor的supervisor谈，越级报告是犯忌讳的，我的朋友的亲身教训，尤其你试用期还没过。
