我觉得一般小一点的builder质量比较好，细心。
大的builder因为活多，都是放出去干的活，所以难免会出错。

记得当时买Richcraft新房的时候，交接前几天让我们进去逛了一次，除了前门提到的，还发现了几个小问题，都及时纠正了。
我觉得这时候是很重要的，还没有交接，他们比较重视。不知道现在还有没有这样的“巡视”了。

你说的至少是8年以前的加拿大民用建筑行业。现在的Builder基本上都没有直接搞建筑的部门了，几乎全部外包。

买新房是有点操心，但也不至于象楼主那样住得惊心啊。

嗯四年前朋友买了RICHCRAFT的独立屋，在装洗碗机的地方居然没有拉电！ 怎么装洗碗机呢！ RICHCARFT死活不装， 说就是那样。结果留了个洞给房主。:flaming::flaming:

再说，PDI 也不会把地板全踩一遍吧？
