唉， 一看就是门外汉在瞎讨论，真干Contractor的都没啃声，老闲来给他们普及普及。Contracotrs一年只能干多少天？ 一个有经验的Contracor （三年以上）时薪多少没150 至少也120吧，否则谁干啊， 要不就是新手上路Agent欺负人克扣厉害

这话就比较靠谱了。以前我TEAM的5个CONSULTANTS, per diem 从750到1200不等。一年封顶235天。不过这个价是跟公司签的，个人能拿多少就不知道了。

Contractor时薪200刀以上的有，但很少，而且那种合同比较短， 按天计算，多则1、2个月。 长达半年、一年合同的， 一般经过agent克扣， 能到contractor手的超过60刀时薪就不错了，一般在$40和 $50之间。据我所知，也有很多拿时薪$30多的。不要以为contractor都很牛，有活干比闲在家里强

所以做Contractor不一定是想做Contractor，是没的选择。 想进政府吃皇粮还是主流想法。 反过来做，即主动从政府perm转contractor的极少。尤其是华人，正如胡核说的“不折腾”。传统思想就是“稳定压倒一切！” 。

Contractors一年能干365天以上，只要你能找到活。 Contracting在税务上的好处的确也是很吸引人的。

不管裁员还是退休, 未来四年联邦政府要减员8万人. 就算重招回一半, 对咱村的影响也是很恐怖的.

退休人员的消费能力和要养家糊口的人的消费能力是不能比的. 更何况退休的人有可能选择离开咱村. 就算留下的也可能要DOWNSIZE HOUSING.

本来一直看好咱村房市的. 还打算再进一套投资房. 现在看来, 还要多观望一段时间.

本来一直看好咱村房市的. 还打算再进一套投资房. 现在看来, 还要多观望一段时间.

俺的判断, 政府减员对房市影响不大, 除非发生大规模人员出走... 经历过北电大裁的渥村,比较蛋定.

其他方面, 象是利率对房价上涨的抑制到是非常可能的.
