其实我也还有疑惑。
我那车最近COOLANT和ENGINE灯在点火启动的时候都要亮一下，然后就都灭了。不知道
什么原因。提心吊胆，好象没有泄漏什么的。SENSOR坏了吗？

Check your coolant level.

sorry I can't input Chinese.

Let me speak a little details, please help me to find the reason.
(Because I am on business trip, I can't do as YIMUOHEI suggestion, sorry.)

In winter, Everything seems ok, even I drive at high way for
half an hour. I checked the coolant,it is in the normal positon.
Even now, for speed less than 70 km, it is ok.

I thought two possibilities:
(1)
is it possible that the coolant leak very slowly so that it
can't cool the engine efficiently?
(2)
I didn't fill water, just coolant. Is it possible reason?

How much pure coolant did you fill? If much, the coolant is too strong and cause the overheating(the ratio of coolant/water can not over 70/30, better to be 60/40 or 50/50). Try to drain out some coolant and put some water.

The drain plug of most brand cars is at bottom of radiator. or you can use pump to pump-out some coolant from coolant reservoir.

You 'd better to use the distilled water when you fill in.

Yeah. Too strong coolant also impacts performace of water pump.

Another idea, Maybe you 'd better do the cooling system flush and refill new coolant and water at this time.

Don't know details about your car: brand/year/mileage etc. Check if it is the time to change thermostat and water pump etc.

You are expert. One repair technican told
me to replace water pump and timing-belt together.
one reason is if he replace water-pump, he
has to take engine apart (at least lots
of parts). My car is Hyundai.

Before that, I want to make
things clear: (1) how to do the cooling system
flush? just let the coolant go and refill it.
(2) what is thermostat?

In fact, my car can be thrown into garbage
provided I can afford another car. I just want
to drive for this transit period.
