Normally direct energy, but they charged a lot (200 plus). My furnace stopped working one year ago and I have to buy their furnace maintaince package (about 20 dollar a month) as it is the samething if I pay them for just a visit. I cancel that after one year. In such cold weather, I guess it is better for you get it fixed ASAP, and maybe not care too much about the cost unfortunately.
